About the event
Join us at B.Well Studios in Merrimack, NH for an evening of gentle yoga followed by a sound bath.
6:30pm - 7:45pm - Join Jennifer for a slow yoga flow that will prepare your body for receiving the full benefits of a sound bath.
7:15pm - 8:00pm - Sink into a sound bath of harmonious vibrations as Dominic creates music with handpan, crystal bowls, and nature-infused audio.
$40 per person
Please plan to arrive by 6:00pm, to get settled in. Please bring a yoga mat. Feel free to bring a blanket and pillow for the sound bath.
