Meet the team!

Raegan Blackwell Lopez
Owner/Director
Growing up dancing in New York, I developed a lifelong love for the art that has guided my path for over 30 years as a dance educator. With decades of experience teaching students of all ages and skill levels, I believe in meeting each child where they are—teaching to the individual and nurturing their unique potential.
I am a certified instructor in both Acrobatic Arts and Tap Roots, and a proud member of the Dance Studio Owners Association. I firmly believe that setting clear expectations helps children thrive, build confidence, and become their best selves—on and off the dance floor.
My goal is to share my passion for dance in a positive, supportive environment where hard work and fun go hand in hand. Whether in the studio or on stage, I strive to inspire every dancer to grow, express themselves, and love the journey.

Ashley Olson
Studio Manager
CAC instructor
Ashley has a lifelong passion for dance and years of experience in performance, competition, and teaching. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts, which supports her creative approach in and out of the studio.
As a devoted mom of two, Ashley brings empathy and real-world experience to her teaching—shaped by her involvement in her children’s schools, Girl Scouts, and other community programs.
As Studio Manager at B.Well Studios, she keeps things running smoothly behind the scenes, from scheduling to parent communication, while helping create a welcoming and inclusive space where every child can thrive.

Emily’s lifelong passion for movement began in the world of competitive dance, where she trained extensively in acro, tap, jazz, and lyrical. A registered nurse and mother of three young dancers, Emily brings her medical background and nurturing spirit into the studio. Her unique blend of clinical knowledge and dance experience shapes her well-rounded approach to injury prevention, physical development, and overall wellness.
Whether teaching or caring for others, Emily is dedicated to helping people thrive through movement, discipline, and heart.

Holly Cirillo
Musical Theater Instructor
Holiday Show Director
Holly has been passionate about the performing arts from a young age, beginning dance at age three with training in tap, ballet, and jazz, and eventually studying piano and voice.
She brings a strong musical background, including high school chorus, college chamber choir, and over 13 years as a church cantor and soloist as well as an accompanist.
Now in her fifth year teaching musical theater and directing B.Well Studio’s Christmas show, she loves sharing her enthusiasm for performing and love of Broadway in helping students grow as confident, expressive performers.

Kim is a mother of four children, 3 of which have special needs and two are adopted. Kim taught preschool for 10 years including two years in the Ukraine. She currently teaches the preschool program at her church and has been doing that for many years.
She has homeschooled her oldest for 6 years and is currently homeschooling two of her children. She is an amazingly patient caregiver who enjoys seeing children grow at their own pace through participation. She has a love for learning and wants to foster that love in children.
Kim is excited to help each and every child learn while we move and have fun staying active. Watching her own kids, and those that she has taught, explore and discover the world around them has been a treasure.

Gina Minich
Instructor
Zumbini, Preschool
Gina is a licensed Zumbini instructor and mom to one little dancer. With a background in dance, cheer, and gymnastics, she loves sharing her passion for movement and music with young children.

Mackenzie, a Vermont native now living in Milford, NH, has been dancing for as long as she can remember. She earned a BA in Theater and Dance with a concentration in Choreography & Performance, along with a BS in Business Management from Keene State College in 2017.
Teaching dance and sharing her passion with others is something she finds incredibly rewarding. She believes it’s essential to continue passing on the art of dance to both younger generations and adults.
Mackenzie works from home full-time and enjoys teaching dance in the evenings. In December 2023, she and her husband welcomed their son, Gryffin. After a year off of dance to chase her toddler around, Mackenzie is thrilled to join the B.Well dance family!
Mackenzie Wilson
Instructor
Preschool, Musical Theater, Pom

I’ve been practicing yoga for about 20 years, exploring a variety of styles along the way. Over time, I’ve found that a gentle, grounding approach is what resonates most with me—and that’s the heart of what I bring to my classes.
Each session begins with breathwork and often a short visualization to help you settle in. From there, we move into a mindful physical practice that emphasizes both strength and length in body and mind. My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you can release stress, reconnect with your breath, and simply be.
I hold a 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (YTT) certification and am currently on the path to completing my 500-hour YTT.

Lindsey Pincince
Project Assistant

Lindsey is a local mother of 3 children whom have been adopted through foster care; all three with medical complexities. When she is not assisting in the medical field, she is at the studio behind the scenes doing apparel and preparing our crafts for our preschool program. Lindsey has one tiny, but mighty dancer at B.Well and in her free time, enjoys taking classes at the studio as well.
Laila Schimp
Front Desk Assistant

Laila began dancing at age 3 and was fortunate to be a former student of Miss Raegan’s, which helped shape her love for the art. She’s currently pursuing a degree in psychology at Colby-Sawyer College, where she also serves as an officer of the dance club. Laila has a strong passion for helping others and is excited to blend that with her background in dance.

Meghann feels lucky to have learned from Raegan years ago, making her role at B.Well Studios even more meaningful. As Community Event Coordinator, she helps plan events that connect the dance family and community—and loves watching her two kids grow and thrive in the studio’s warm, inspiring environment.
