We are an inclusive dance studio that strives to provide a supportive and comfortable environment for all ages and abilities.
We would like to make your experience at B.Well Studios as pleasant as possible. We will work together to ensure the following procedures:
Students have 6 ft of space to dance in the dance room.
Thorough cleaning and sanitizing between classes.
Masks must be worn by the dancers as they enter the studio lobby and into the dance room.
They will only bring in their dance shoes and water; street shoes will be left at the door.
Currently the lobby is closed. Parents will pass their child off to the teacher or office manager when they enter and will pick them up at the end of class in the same manner.
Temperatures will be taken as everyone enters the studio.
Hand sanitizer will be applied to all hands upon entry into the lobby and classroom.
This class is for children 2 - 3 year olds who enjoy Tumbling. We will be working on Basic Tumble skills as well as social skills. We will use fun props and songs throughout the class to keep the students focused and excited to participate.
This class is for children 3 - 4 year olds who enjoy Tumbling. We will be working on Basic Tumble skills as well as social skills. We will use fun props and songs throughout the class while moving towards independence and confidence.
Combination Dance Classes
We begin our 3 and 4 year old with an introduction to dance. They will be learning the basics of tap and ballet. We use props and fun songs to make their experience more pleasurable.
In this class we have a great time learning social skills while learning how to make crisp and clear sounds. Learn rhythm and musicality to various music selections. We start with the basics and excel as individuals grow.
Ballet Technique is highly disciplined training in which a fairly standard progression of exercises are employed to build the strength and flexibility required for classical positions and steps. At B.Well Studios to build these techniques in a non stressful environment to encourage personal growth as they develop into wonderful Ballet dancers.
Jazz dance utilities the various rhymes of music combined with isolations of the body. Classes consist of center and floorwork, progressions techniques, and varied stylistic combinations.
This style of dance changes with pop culture. It is choreography to Urban music. Casual Clothes are recommended although stomach should be covered. Jeans are not permitted. Knee pads are recommended when learning floor work, and students must wear black hip hop shoes, no street shoes.
This form of dance is a cross between jazz and ballet. We use the technique of ballet while telling a story and flowing to uplifting music.
This program is a curriculum for acrobatic dance. This program is designed to promote excellence in flexibility, strength, balance, limbering, tumbling, basic contortion, and partner stunting for dancers.
This class will work on expressing emotions and improvisation with scene work, commercial work as well as Broadway jazz choreography. Dance attire is a loose fitting top and comfortable pants. Jazz shoes required for recital, no street shoes allowed.
TRX is a form of suspension training that uses body weight exercises to develop strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously.
Zumba is a fitness program that combines Latin and international music with dance movies. Zumba routines incorporate interval training - alternating fast and slow rhythms - help improve cardiovascular fitness. .
